We accept return/refund/exchange requests only if raised within 5 calendar days of delivery. Requests may also be made before delivery. No requests will be accepted after 5 days from the delivery date.
Eligible Return/Refund Conditions:

Item has a manufacturing defect.

Wrong product delivered.

Product is unused, in original packaging (not damaged or soiled).

Proof of purchase is provided.

The product is not a consumable or customized item.
Non-Returnable/Refundable Items:

Products are marked as non-refundable. Consumables like turmeric, incense, and pooja samagri.

Customized products or gift boxes.
Return Process:

Share proof of purchase and product image (in case of defect/wrong item).

Only the value of the returned item will be refunded (not full order value).

We’ll arrange a pickup within 3–5 business days for eligible returns.

Once received, the item undergoes a Quality Check.

If approved, the refund will be processed.
Refund Timelines:

Prepaid orders: Refund to the original payment method within 7–21 business days.

COD orders: Share bank details; refund processed within 7 working days after approval.

For returns due to change of mind, customer must send item back at their cost. Reverse pickup is only provided for defective/wrong items.
Exchange Policy:
